PRODUCT-FIRST. PEOPLE-FOCUSED.

UGC-style product videos for ecommerce brands

MoreReels creates UGC-style product videos for ecommerce brands: product demos, creator-style stories and short-form ad creative. We plan the concept, produce or edit the content, and bring it back for your review. Footage sources, presenters, deliverables, usage rights and timing are agreed in your brief before production begins.

What can we create for your product?

We shape the content around what a shopper needs to understand: what your product does, how it fits into their day, or why a feature matters.

  • Product demos: show a feature, explain a routine or answer a buying question.
  • Creator-style stories: introduce a product through a conversational script and a relevant situation, without inventing a customer experience.
  • Short-form ad creative: combine an opening hook, product footage, captions and a clear next step for the placements in your plan.

For example, a product demo could show how a bag's compartments organize everyday items. A different angle could show the same bag being packed for a commute. These are possible creative directions, not examples of client work or promised results.

What will be included in the brief?

Your brief sets out the deliverables and responsibilities before production starts. Use it to agree:

  • The product, audience, message and goal for each concept.
  • The number and length of videos, versions and intended placements.
  • Whether footage is supplied, filmed or generated, and who appears.
  • Captions, voice, framing and other editing requirements.
  • Review stages, revision scope and timing.
  • Usage rights, music permissions and whether source files are included.

There is no implied package of unlimited revisions, raw footage or paid-ad rights. We agree what your project needs.

Who appears, and where does the footage come from?

Human-created footage, actual customer content and AI-presenter concepts are different options. We agree the source and approach in advance.

You may already have product footage to edit, or need a concept that calls for new footage. A faceless approach can focus on the product, hands and captions. An AI presenter is a generated character, not a customer describing an experience they had.

“UGC-style” describes the creative format; it does not mean the video was made by a customer. We do not invent customer experiences or present generated people as real customers. Actual customer material requires appropriate permission and accurate context.

Can you use the videos in paid ads?

Paid use must be included in the agreed scope. Tell us where the videos will run, in which territories and for how long.

Confirm creator permissions, music licensing and usage periods before production. Posting from a creator's account, receiving raw footage and re-editing assets later are separate details to discuss; none is automatically included.

What do we need from you?

Start with your product page, intended audience and what you want the content to achieve. A finished creative brief is not required to enquire.

Share brand guidelines, available product assets, examples of the style you like, and the product claims you can support. Tell us your intended channels and any launch date. We can then agree how footage will be supplied or produced, who reviews the work and a suitable scope.

How does production work?

We take the work from your product and goal to content you can review and approve.

  1. Share your brand and goal. Tell us what you sell, who buys it and what the content needs to explain.
  2. Agree the creative direction. We shape concepts and agree formats, deliverables, rights, revision scope and timing.
  3. Produce and review. We create or edit the content and bring it back for your feedback within the agreed scope.
  4. Receive the approved assets. Publishing and ongoing management can be included when agreed; they are not automatic parts of video production.

If you also need planning and publishing, see social media management.

What affects the cost?

Your quote depends on the content volume, formats, production needs and agreed usage. Presenter or footage requirements, versions, revisions and whether publishing is included also shape the scope.

MoreReels agrees pricing against your needs on a call. You can enquire about a focused project or an ongoing partnership. Read what moves the cost of UGC video to prepare for that conversation.
